  • “The staff at Mill Creek Manor have just been wonderful to work with, our loved ones care has been so great since moving here. Her daily medication are given on time and physically she is so much better. Since she has been on a regular scheduling of three meals a day she is now in this new routine that is amazing. They have a hair salon on sight where we can reach out to them and schedule appointments for her, it is so easy. The activities are appropriate. We were able to secure a private room for our loved one and the value for the money is very reasonable.”Family Member

  • “Mill Creek Manor was very clean. The staff was very nice. I don’t have any negative things to say about it. I did not try the food and the only room that I saw was under construction. They didn’t have another opened one, so it was kind of hard to tell a lot about it. They’ve got a library and a movie room that’s got a large screen TV and comfortable chairs with snacks and stuff and it’s set up like a theater. They have bible studies and outings. A lot of the residents were out that day, and they were taking them on an outing. It seemed like they were active.”Kimberly

  • “We had a wonderful experience with Mill Creek Manor. We were very impressed initially with the staff and the facility overall. Everyone was super friendly. They seemed to have a lot of great activities provided but we did not participate in any. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.”Millie, family member

  • “We’re leaning very heavily toward Mill Creek Manor for my father. We saw everything. The staff seemed very friendly and attentive. The facility and grounds themselves appeared very clean and sanitary. Out of the facilities that we have looked at, it had the best maintenance. The area was secure, and it made me feel that my father would be safe in that memory care facility with the security that they had. The staff showed us a movie room and an activity area. There was an outside area that they could sit in that was 100% secure. We’re moving him within the next thirty days.”Susan, family member

  • “My father is at Mill Creek Manor and everything has been great so far. Everyone has been super nice. He has a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a living room, a full kitchen that has a lot of cabinet space, a front little porch, and a back little porch where he can sit outside and watch the sun and/or the woods, a pantry, a washer-dryer area, and a full walk-in shower, which is easier for him to use. So everything is really, really nice. His dog is free to be on his leash in his apartment, so he’s very happy with everything that he does. They also have other room sizes, like a two-bedroom with two baths/one bath, as well as studios. He can have the option to go to the facility to eat his meals. They have a full dining staff and housekeeping services. They did the Veterans Day activity, which was in the main building, where they had someone come out from the floor to speak with all the veterans, thanking them for their service. They also have arts and crafts, options to play card games, chess, and a lot of different things.”Hawanya, family member

  • “Everyone has been extremely friendly. It’s expensive but not too expensive, especially for this area compared to some others that we looked at. It is also in a very good and convenient location. I would recommend Mill Creek Manor to others.”Anonymous, family member
