"Mill Creek Manor on Polo Road exceeded all expectations during my mother's transition to assisted living. Despite needing to move two weeks earlier than planned, the staff handled everything seamlessly, and their pricing is competitive within the Columbia metro area. The entire team - from the cafeteria staff to nurses, travel manager, and executive director - has shown exceptional care. Special recognition goes to Laurie and Darren who, though new, provided exceptional guidance and communication throughout the process.
